We collaborate with immigration lawyers, consultants and employers to assess their staffing needs, determine eligibility for hiring through immigration programs, and ultimately place qualified candidates. Employers define their hiring criteria, such as shift availability, physical abilities, and language skills, and we only refer candidates who meet these requirements. Our extensive network of candidates spans several countries, including Bangladesh, Philippines, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka, providing a substantial pool of potential employees.

U.S. employers can interview referred candidates via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone and select only those they wish to hire. All selected candidates arrive with legal work authorization from day one, having passed a Department of State background check. Furthermore, every candidate is committed to long-term employment, helping to minimize turnover.
